Social Media Taking over staff at Markham

So you walk into the Markham store in Centurion Mall and notice that there are a few staff members there yet there is 'no one' as literally all the staff in the store are busy with their cellphones and not cared if there are any customers in the store. I thought that I might have been exaggerating however I went to the store more than once in a week and also send a buddy of mine to make sure that what was happening there was not just something that I experienced and wow he experienced the same thing...staff members chatting on whatsapp while standing in corners of the store or behind counters with zero eye contact or acknowledgement that a customer just walked in...what happened to how can I help you...then reply to your whatsapp messages and update your selfies on Facebook.....
