So disappointed with Arkham phones

On Friday I went to Markham festival bought a cellphone I was told the phone can use all networks to my Suprise when I got the phone couldn’t make calls I thought maybe is the network only to find it only all the networks are not working except their TFG SIM that o is useless since it can’t connect in my village in Limpopo went back to the shop after coming to Limpopo for an exchange after 74 hours of purchase I was told I can’t get an exchange they need to take the phone back to the manufacturer to check what’s wrong with the phone after they also tried to use the phone to see what could be the problem am so ****ed I bought the phone as birthday gift to my child only for me to be embarrassed by markham not even allow me exchange
