Shop assistants who are not willing to assist

We visited their store early on saturday morning. I'm pretty sure that we were the only customers in the store at the time. While searching through many rows of jumbled up accessories, I thought I would ask the the sales assistants for help regarding something specific that I saw on the store website. Instead of them helping us, they said "we only have what's on the hooks"...so there was no way of us knowing if what we'd described was actually available in the store. We simply walked out after that.
