Served by foolish fools

I'm even out of words the way they treated me at Markham Clearwater mall. I bought a phone last year November and sent it back in February as it was freezing and some apps were not opening. The useless staff kept the phone for 2 weeks, not giving me feedback. I followed up twice as they did not even bother to call me. They refunded me however they did not apologize or see the need to. I want an apology from a senior manager and be reimbursed the money I spent on petrol and the time I took off work to resolve their ****. ****** assholes don't know what customer service is
