Sent me to 2 different stores which the system indicated as having stock.Driving there and the stores doesn't have it

I bought a shoe that was a size 7 in blue.I felt I needed a 6. So I went to the store and they said they don't have a 6. I asked can you tell me which store would have it so i can to there. They indicated Southgate and the Glen. I drove all the way and both the Glen and South Gate indicated that they don't have. I won't shop at Markhams again due to them making me run around
