self service online accounts platform

I am so tired of this online account platform that does not work properly. Why do you people give this to the public claiming it is more convenient. My email address and cellphone number changed which I've called countless times to update in order to reset my username and password, but the same problem keep popping up every single time. Can someone somewhere in TGF who actually knows what the hell is going on please assist me to reset and update my detail on the online platform and completely remove the old information. : - (
