Security tags

On the 31st of December 2015, I went to Markham in Canal walk to take my husband for a shopping spree (so u can imagine how much I spent) . When we got home after our punches we notice that one of his shoes still have the security tag on(which means that your cashier`s did not do there job properly) . Seen that we stay in Mitchell's Plain we took the item to Markhams in Promanade mall(1/1/16) . They told me that this is not the first time that something like this happen when punches an item from Canal Walk. The tags that Canal WAlk have and the tags that Promanade have is not the same tag , so the manager had to do a run around in order for the tag to be remove. I am very disappointed at the services in Canal walk branch seeing that they are the biggest branch that I know of. We always shop at that branch and for them to give us the run around instead of doing there job is just pathetic. <br> <br> Mrs Patel
