<p>Got to one of your shops in Pretoria looking for a dual sim smart phone for alternative usage & I was assisted by one of your floor sales guys.</p> <p>He showed me dipaly unit with mobile phones & said all of this are devices are dual sim phones, I picked a metalic grey mobile phone & confirmed by asking if the device was dual sim, what came out of his mouth was that YES it is: Good as I was happy to close the sale.</p> <p>We proceeded to the pay point: firstly wen we opened the box it wasn't the Metalic grey device I've requested for initially & instead a gold phone that's what he gave me, Well I wasn't happy about the color but decided to let it pass because the BOX was already opened.</p> <p>Secondly: Payments was done, no ricca was done but it wasn't a train smash, now I left the shop when it was about to get closed under the impression that I have dual sim smartphone with me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I must say that I'm verry unhappy & dissapointed that I was sold a mobile phone by someone who didn't bother to check or pay enought attention to verify if the product that was requested by the customer was exactly the same as intially requested and agreed upon at sales stage.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now here I am stuck with a mobile phone that I really dislike.... soo Unhappy</p> <p> </p>
