Rude call centre agent
I received a call from a sales agent named phelani stating she's calling from Markham trying to sell me something at 5 mins pass 8pm. According to my knowledge u can't market a product after 8pm. So informed her that shes not allowed to cold call anyone she insisted that they are allowed so I requested that she gets her manager to call me and she said sorry that won't be possible n I must go onto da website and put my complaint and she just cut da call on me while I was speaking. No sales call allowed after 8pm.
