RIDICULOUS SERVICE MARKHAMS illanga

Ridiculous service form Illanga Nelspruit. I ordered online via Bash and received two messages stating that two different parcels are ready for collection. Got to the store on Saturday 6 May just to be told no the courier made a mistake only one parcel is there. Mind you I drive 35km to collect the parcels. Today 7 May I receive a reminder sms that my parcel is at Markhams Ilanga Mall. I called and yes, the parcel has been there since Friday. So either the idiots who worked on Saturday are illiterate or they are just plain lazy. I want to know who will pay for a courier out yo the farm now. Also do they not check if these people are competent before employing them?
