Revolting customer service

I went into the store today to buy a gift card for an event that I am attending this afternoon to my surprise Markham Fountains mall, Jeffreys Bay did not have gift card covers. I wish they told me before buying the card as I would have went somewhere else. The main reason for buying a gift card is that it is atleast covered and looks decent when you handing it over as a gift, so now how do I handover a naked card? That is rude and totally unacceptable. Customer service I received at the store was also revolting to say the least.
