Returned a phone within 7days and you send it for repairs. How do you calculate the 7days .?
<p>I bought a J2 last week TUESDAY at 17H30pm and today being a TUESDAY according to me being the 7th day I took the phone in because I realized that the Lock button is not working, The screen freeze from time to time and I am told that today is the 8th day. And that they will be taking for repairs since when did Tuesday to Tuesday be 8 days. Is it my calculations or what. Soemeone please make me understand that part. Is this the part where store consultants do as they please or am I wrong.</p>
