Request to clear my name
I have settled my account in 03/04/2017 , my account was handed over to third party Shapiro Shaik Defries (consumer debt solutions).up to now my account is not rectified with all credit bureau and I recently app**** for a bond with Absa and I have checked experian bureau and it is still reflecting 9 months in arrears status and to my suprise all the account paid off the same time with markhams are all cleared and reflect positively. I am very frustrated as I used to receive calls day and night for debt collection when I was unemployed. After a year of settling my account my name reflect bad. Experian advised that they will not rectify my account until markhams send that request. My bond application has been declined. My account no: ********** ********** 121 ID no: ********** 344083 REF NO from SSD &associates ********** 693.

10 Jun 2018, 08:08Referring to the previous complaints about Markhams, it has not been resolved upto now. The offer to purchase for the house has expired and for Markhams not updating my record with all the Bureau especially EXPERIAN it has affected my score very bad hence I have requested them to attend the matter urgently. I would like to also receive a settlement letter from Markhams.
