Refused to assist

Bunch of useless employees Including the manager eating on duty and refused to change a pants my wife bought at Mall or Africa The Manager at Centurion Mall refused to help and asked that we go to Mall or Africa where we bought the item !!!!! Pathetic service !!!!eating while helping or in this case not helping !!!!! Never expected this when to your competition next door you should learn from them !!!!!
