Refund policy

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Markhams Cresta. I returned an item that I had purchased because it did not fit, and instead of processing the refund back into my account, the store refunded the money into someone else’s account who was simply assisting me with the return.

At no point was I informed that the refund would be processed this way, nor was I asked to provide consent. This is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about their refund procedures and customer service standards. A refund should always be processed back to the original method of payment unless clearly agreed otherwise.

This situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration, and I expected much better service. I would like this matter to be urgently addressed and corrected, as well as assurance that proper procedures will be followed in future to avoid this happening to other customers.
