Red tape for approval of accounts

Um so so annoyed i tried to open account online mai ly for my boys use who is at varsity only to be told that i don't qualify due to affordability

What amazes me is that i have a net disposable income of more than 10k every month and yet you can't approve an account

I must say you guys have a really long way to go if this is how business is nowadays then i still have a lot to comprehend

No one gives you feedback at any given stage unless if you call

I must say im really ****ed at you guys right now let alone taking my boy's business elsewhere
