I went to the store to pay my account I asked for the statement print out which they did, I found out that I'm being charged for there reminder sms that they send between the 25th of each month. I asked the agent to cancel it she sad she can't bcz it is a reminder sms, I never agreed for it and I know when to pay my account. I only went to erears bcz I was being charged for there cellphone insurance that was declined, so that why I did not want to pay there account. Imagine if this thing it happens to R1000 000.00 customers that we get charged that R2.00 these people make R2 000 000.00 that's a reap off to us customers.
