R25 Service Fee Charges monthly

Just a heads up about a R25 service fee that is charged to every account monthly, even if you choose the 6-month interest free option (that's a R150 charge over 6 months). Today was the first time I've heard of this when i called the call center to enquire about the extra charge on my receipt after i made a payment. I caught this late as I don't usually look at my statement but also, i was never informed about this by the person who opened my account and i can't seem to find mention of this charge on their online application portal also. i will be closing this account.
