Quality shoes

I bought this shoe I think in 2019 for my dad and he doesn't wear them that much and the whole of last year he didn't wear them because of covid and only now he wants to wear we realize they become like this...I no longer have the slip and am not sure about the box,but the shoes were bought at Markhams la Lucia and the store has closed down.

I have sent customer service an email on the 28th of May until today no one has called me or even sent me an email regarding this quality shoesw
