Putrid customer service

Received such poor service tonight from the store manager at your Canal walk branch absolutely pathetic. Cornelious the store manager tried every route to not try and assist me in returning a jacket I bought 2 weeks ago telling me I needed slip not knowing I already spoke to someone at head office and they advised me to go to the store and they should be able to reprint the slip or give me a copy. I then told him this and he got all ****y with me telling me I must give him the name of the girl I spoke to I then insisted that, that was not important he then went on to embarrassed me by telling me he doesn't see that the fault as something that they would do on a jacket and said I must have done that myself and he can't change it. Lastly after debuting about this another staff member that assisted me in purchasing the jacket recognized me and then assisted in finding a copy of the slip. Then the store manager came to the till where he was assisting me and told him that he mustnt give me the slip or a copy because I already lost my copy. This store manager basically tried everything not to try and assist me in changing my jacket rather tried to have me leave the store unhappy with a faulty jacket I think this is totally pathetic for such a big brand I purchased everything cash at your store and think this was the last time I ever do again.
