Poor staff ettiquete, as always

<p>Black Friday shopping at Markham Liberty Promenade.</p> <p> </p> <p>Went in there, got a few items and stood in a que to purchase my goodies.</p> <p> </p> <p>At arrival of the purchase desk, I greeted and my Wife greeted Uzayr but she never greeted back.</p> <p> </p> <p>Uzayr didnt greet me, didnt look at me, didnt engage me as a customer. To me thats plain rudeness. I sure didnt feel like a customer, I felt like I was just being an annoyance to her.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please contact the store, regardless black friday or not, you greet your staff, look them in the eye and you say thank you, Additionally, you refrain from speaking personal things infront of the customer with your colleague.</p> <p> </p> <p>I mentioned to her that next time she should greet your customers, she looked at me like I was the one who invented black Friday and made her work that day. </p> <p> </p> <p>Yes I am aware the shops are crazy on this day but, I came in happy for some retail therapy and left furious.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
