poor sizing
I bought a large/xlarge pair of boxes and it fits like a size small. I would like a refund

Was informed to go to n1 city branch and speak to a manager but no one told me i need to bring the item and slip

31 Dec 2017, 23:28Please make sure you rely feedback to the manager on site instead of just cc the manager in emails and assume they will understand the complaint by reading emails. The manager on site was dumbfounded at why i was visiting the store even though she was cc in the mail.

Returns/Refunds or exchange is a retail practice that can only be successful when you return the original garment. No other retailer will give you a refund without bringing back the original item.
