Poor Service received at Markham Centurion Mall.

My partner received a short as a gift, it wasn't a correct size so I went to exchange it at Markham Centurion, the service I received is shocking, I was asked where, when and whom bought the short, I was even asked to call that person?!. I'm still in disbelief gore that's how they treat their customers or rather how they treated me. And since I couldn't provide the required information I wasn't assisted with the exchange. I'm really just over them and their pathetic service..
