Poor Service Markhams Gateway Mall

I write this with a heavy heart because I've had excellent in store service in the past from all TFG stores...I app**** for an account on the 4th of December in the gateway mall Markham store. I waited a few days for any sort of acknowledgement that my account was in process but nothing., so i returned a couple days later to the same store to check whats up. I was told there was no application submitted. So i AGAIN had to fill out forms and reapply. I received many messages requesting me to submit documents i've done so many many many times. All they ever ask for is documents for the past 2 weeks ive been sending the SAME documents over and over and over this is absolutely ridiculous. The service is so poor and pathetic. It's now the 17th of December and still I'm waiting and sending documents back and forth
