POOR SERVICE FROM MARKHAMS

Hi, I had a clothing account with Markhams and it was suspended when I lost employment apparently as I was told at the store and Customer care. I left it like that paid off, few months later I start receiving messages stating that I am i arrears called them they told me I owe of which i never tok anything so I'm surprised of how is it possiblw to owe them whilst ai never took anything so now I asked them to cancel the account and delete everything off they told me I must go close it at the store, I go to the store they tell me I must call Customer care to close the account. Now I'm doing ups and downs because they keep on referring me there and there, the next thing they keep on messaging me threatening me to pay an account which i used once and never used again because i was not happy with their service. Now I really regret why did I even opened the account in the first place and I would really not encourage someone to open an account there unless you want to regret your decision.
