Poor service delivery

Had to run some errands at all shops i was allowed in as i am an essential worker, had my uniform on aswell as my permit just had to get some winter clothes for my husband and the lady at the door refused to let me in said only 5 customers at a time i then asked doesn't essential workers and elderly people skip the queues she said no very unhappy about service as im an account holder for more then 10 years
