Poor Service at markham Festival Mall

I went to Markam Festival Mall on Saturday to open an account, I really don't think the boys in markham wants to be bothered by customers who wants to open an account. I cant really pinpoint what they were doing, firstly they were ignoring customers on the queue, secondly they were not even entertaining any customer holding a form, they took forms and threw them in a box, and they said you will be contacted, its been 3 days now, no sms ever came to me. Does Markham no longer open accounts perhaps? I am really disappointed. it is not the first time I went into Markham festival mall, everytime its disappointments, its like they prioritize folding tshirts over serving customers at till points. please sort this poor customer service.
