Poor Service and Poor Products

On Saturday I purchased a pair of shoes to the valued of R550.00 at Markhams. On Monday I wear it for the first time and within an hour the sole completely detaches from the shoe.<br> <br> I then phoned Markhams to ask if I can take it back in and get a replacement or refund, that I don't have the slip anymore as it was lost by accident but can show on my bank statement the payment taken.<br> <br> They then tell me that they can't help me.<br> <br> That's not all while at the shop I had to wait for over half an hour to get assistance at the shoes division to get the right size. Then the guy has a ****ty attitude when you ask him something and told me to hold on more times then I can count.<br> <br> Don't buy from Markhams, it's quality is worse than PEP Stores its prices are just glorified.
