Poor service and lies
I've been phoning them because on ITC it's showing that I own them some money but when I went to the store I find out that I own them nothing, since November last year I've been requesting for the letter proving that I don't owe them nothing, I always get the same answer telling me that they will send it within 24 hours. Till today
