Poor service

<p>I have **** a payment on an arrears account on 19 March, that was sold to a third party. I was not informed that the account was sold to a third party by the casher that received my money. Now i can not get a paid in full letter from the third party as they have not received the money from Markhams. Markhams can not provide me with a proof of payment. Markhams says i must contact the third party and the third party says i must contact Markhams. They want our money but when you give it to them the can not confirm that they have it!!! </p>
