poor service

i went there to buy a G STAR tshirt from my experience, when u buying a G star brand they give G star paper bag but the guy gave me a markam cheap plastic bag when i ask him he said to me i must go to G star and ask for paper bag because they are out of stock I ask him how because G star it just here on the 2nd floor he said he dont know they are out of stock , iam so dissapointed about the service he gave me
