Poor quality of your shoes

<p> I am now done with Markhams. Ever since you got rid of your Cignal range, the quality of your your shoes have gone downhill. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years, but I'm done. I've returned my shoes after 1 month consistently over the past 6 months, even upgrading to a R800 pair of shoes that's even worse. What has happened to your quality? I'm happy to pay for what I thought Markhams stood for, but the sheer inconvenience this past year sees me leaving you, and looking for a better service elsewhere. So I will be taking my shoes in again tomorrow (to waste yet more of my time) to get a full refund and shop elsewhere </p>
