Poor quality for so much money...

Hi,

Kindly note that in February I've bought 2 parka jackets by use and it's very disappointing to see that it's not even 6 months yet and the one jackets button came loose and the other jackets stitching came loose and i only had it on a few times...

I wanted to take it to the store for repair but lost the slip, both was bought cash and on the same day...

It's also sad to see that the jackets are made of poor quality and sold for R1000 each!!!

Ridiculous, isn't it!!!?

Please advise.
