Poor Quality clothes

I bought a Jacket from Centurion Mall that just started coming apart with no damage from myself... When i tried taking it back to Heidelberg Mall i was told i cannot return it after 30 days? How many times can i wear a Jacket within 30 days?? I want this jacket to be taken back and fixed or i will terminate anything i have with them
