POOR QUALITY

Long story short: I Purchased a watch at markham canal walk. I have been through 3 of them in less than a month. Was told that should it fault again that i would be refunded. The watch has indeed packed up again after I have treated it with utmost care seeing that it is so fragile. I returned it to the store to request that they take back their goods and by Murphy's Law, the watch begun to work again. It now appears that I am the one who is making the fuss. I don't have the time to go back and forth to the store and I have made that clear. I am now being told that I cannot return working goods when it is clear that the quality of this item is far off from where it should be. its a very neat watch, its sheer look suggests a statement on its own but its very sad that on the functionality front, it falls horribly short. I seem not to understand why I should have to beg for my money back and for Markham to take back their goods. It may appear as a lousy R300 item for them, but with increase in fuel price looming, I could do with an extra 300bucks fuel in my tank.
