Poor quality

Bought a pair of flops at Markhams Mall of the South on the 25th, use it right inside the mall, yesterday i noticed they cracking already. i didnt keep my receipt cause i wasnt expecting this and it wasnt my first time buying it. i am so disappointed in the poor quality of the flops. Dont even know if i will get a new pair or not cause i dont have the slip
