Poor customer service!

Just came back from a Markham store in JHB CBD after I tried to get help with an exchange as the person who bought this blazer purchased a small size. Only to be told that I would need the card that purchased the item when I have the garment and slip, the lady who assisted me was even rude and left me at the counter before I could even find out other alternatives from her I then approached another person in the store who mentioned that it is possible for an exchange as there was another person in-store that was assisted with this day before.

After speaking to another colleague of his I was told it's not possible after insisting that I need to get this blazer today as I will need it Friday evening they were still reluctant after this incident I will definitely be returning this jacket and demand a full refund and actually make a purchase elsewhere as my intentions were to just exchange but now I wasted my time and resources coming all the way to town as that's where I could find the size I wanted to be told this I will not be shopping there again anytime soon!!!
