Poor customer service

I made a lay-by at Markhams Merino Mall for a device in store and went to delete it within a month, I got in store and I was advised that they don’t have cash to refund me and I was okay with it. What’s getting to me now is that I went there on Tuesday today it’s Friday, no one has said anything to me about this since they’ve already took my receipt. I cannot keep on going there only for me to get out of the store without being assisted.
