Poor customer service

Poor service at Markham The Glen, went to exchange a pants and they told me that they do not have money. What retail store does not have money? And instead of coming up with a a solution they just came up with alot of problems that was just going to inconvenience me. Told me they can refund the money to my account which will take 10 days.
