Poor costing service

I recently bought utility parka jacket from markham online las week, to my surprise the jacket was delivered with a security tag . i immediately called the help-line to advise about the security tag and the agent advised that i need to drive to the nearest store to get it removed or log a return and be refunded.

why is it my problem because someone didnt do proper checks before handing the jacket to the courier? now i must drive 30km to the nearest store without any reimbur*****t for my petrol.

what a poor service :(.
