Poor client experience produced by Markham at the new Rustenburg Mall.

I went to Markham store on Tuesday the 8th of June 2021 to open the clothing account, when I get there I found three cashiers on the counter, two ladies and the jentleman but only two were assisting the clients at that time, then I waited for my turn....eventually I got to the counter and assisted by the gentleman who asked for my ID book and my cellphone number, he started the application for the account, after 5min the gentleman told me that the system says that my application was declined, and I asked what are the reasons, he said there is a pending application on the system and it declining due to my salary doesn't meet the minimum requirement, I couldn't understand because.... first my salary is 5 times more than my mother in law who has the account with TFG shops that has the limit of R10000+,secondly he never asked how much I'm earning, expenses as per their procedure, then the jentleman called their head office, he said,after the call that he was making he came back to me and said again that my salary doesn't meet the requirements, then I said thank you and I left the Markham shop and went to Foschine... apparently they fall under one category(TFG), I found the lady who was friendly enough to me to be able to explain what happened at markhams, after telling the lady my frustrations, she apologized and said she doesn't understand why I was treated like that because on her side the application goes smooth, Forchini gave me the account with the limit of R10400 successfully, I don't know who should take responsibility, jentleman or the head office. Most of all.... The environment there is not inviting because of the loud sound system that they are playing during working hours on a high volume.
