Personally disrespected

<p>I went to markhams responding to their voucher they gave me for R200 off i had lost the voucher sms so i was told to go upstares so they call the client service for me, the lady that assisted me upstares nthabiseng was very rude she gave me the phone and left me rudely and when the agent on the phone asked to speak to her i called her many times loudly and she looked and left with the lift like i m nothing n i felt that was very disrespectfull i dont report or mind being given bad services as i know good service in south africa is rare to find but just dont be disrespectfull towards me i felt like am nothing to the store, i know i m not rich but it was very disrespectfull. If u like dont talk to me the whole transaction just dont be rude n disrespectful.then after the transaction she just put the card down n start assisting the next person i had figure out my self that she was done n took my things n left. Ended up not ivn getting the voucher.</p>
