Payment arrangement

I tried calling TFG head office requesting a payment arrangement for my debt with Markam Wich I was not able to pay due to being unemployed now I am offered a job and for me to get the job they need a payment arrangement letter When I called the office TFG Consultant told me,they can't assist mr,i fail to understand how they can't help with the Letter ,how am I going to pay off the account without a job? Which means they are going to keep calling me It is not fair!!!
