Came to exchange two pairs of pants without a slip at Markham Eastgate. I had bought them the day before and lost my slip. Thanks to Thembi who exchanged one of the pants with no hassle and when she couldn't find the other pair of pants on the floor, and after going to the back, phoned other stores to find it and have it kept for me.

No complain, no attitude. Very efficient. Informative. Kept me engaged in the progress of her search. Also patient as the process did take quite sometime.
