Pathetic shop to buy a phone at

I bought a phone in less than a year it was having a lot of problems ,the phone is very slow when you tell them they say the phone is like that but they never inform you before hand ,now the phone you can recharge the shop the refuse to take it they say the is no longer guarantee you have not even a year old is having countless problems
