Pathetic service

Pathetic service from Markhams, lazy staff. Sunday the 10th May i purchased a puffer jacket @ Markhams Southgate size XL the jacket was just a fit, Monday we called around to find a 2xl no store had one, online i got 2xl paid and returned the XL to Randfontein @ Randfontein they said no 2XL after paying online we find 2xl @ Randfontein. So we judt returned the XL seeing that we already paid online for the XL then i get a responds from online they cant find the jacket like what the hell. U confirmed online the jacket is available now what happend i went online again ordered a jacket again and it still shows u have stock avail like whats up with that? Your staff is even lazy to check on the system if the jacket is available at othet branches.
