PATHETIC SERVICE BY MARKHAM AND FINRITE!

Good morning

This is to lodge a complaint regarding the pathetic service I received at Markham (Newtown Junction Mall).

I lodged a cellphone claim with Finrite and my claim was approved and I was told to collect the phone, which I did however the person that processed the claim incorrectly did the whole thing and now its reflecting on my account that I took a phone on credit!

The person that did the whole transaction is apparently a supervisor(kgomotso) and after all that she had the audacity to lie to me and say after few day the transaction will reflect correctly and till today I’m still owing the money!

I've brought this to Markham's attention and not even a response has been!received.
