Pathetic service

So my husband got a pants for christmas as a gift and it didn't fit. I went to Markham Mossel Bay to exchange it and they didn't have his size. I asked them if they could refund me sins the price tagg was still on the pants, because overall there is nothing else he would wear and i could have used the money to get a pants somewhere else. The lady refused and said they are not allow to do any of that kind. We asked for the manager and she pretended to be the manager as well, witch she wasn't.
