pathetic service

Extremely disappointed with nature of markhams. I had a ********** account where a purchase of over 6000 was made. It firstly took markhams over and entire year to sort out. It was eventually sorted out with not informing me it's sorted out. I than paid off my balance of R 2000 with 1 payment. But the status of my account is blocked. Iv been running to markhams for the past 3 weeks and everytime I go they say it will be open in 5 days . The staff at lenasia are very helpful but the call centre agents are just pathetic. Everytime i go to markhams to find out whats happening the staff at tlenasia branch calls and are given different stories .Today I went again and they say the account is blocked and cant do anything about it without even explaining why. This is completely **** service and would never recommend anyone purchasing a card from markhams .
