Pathetic poor service ever

These are worse bunch of incompetence people. An issue from February was not resolved until now. Now they claiming to be busy because of looting yet none of their stores were affected. This TFG company need to be reviewed in terms of their poor quality, underpaying their staff in stores, how they treat customers with serious queries. I'll be very happy if they can sell their business now that they are struggling because of looting that didn't affect them that much.
